It’s time to get back into shape for spring is right around the corner. Before you know it, we’ll be gearing up for the 2nd Annual Killingly Parks and Recreation River Fun Race Day. Time to dust off your canoe / kayak, break out the paddles and start practicing. We hope to have even larger crowds than last year. Tell your friends, tell your family, get out on the areas rivers, lakes, ponds, and streams. Here’s to a great paddling season!

Would you like to get the Killingley paddling events up on the Worldwide Paddling Event Calendar? It will help get the word out.
The online form is pretty straightforward. Go to: http://www.uscanoenews.com/EventsAdd.cfm . Holler if you have problems with it, or questions, or suggestions.
Since its launch in July last year, the calendar has been growing well (over 500 paddling events have posted so far, and it’s picking up speed).
The more events that post the better it is for everyone!
